About the brand
Roubos Valentine is an independent brand from Melbourne, Australia. We aim to create a crossroad between streetwear and high fashion while keeping the style unique to us. You can read more about the team behind this operation on the "About Us" page.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order says “In-transit” it means that we have dispatched it to the post office and that it's travelling to the destination where a delivery driver will pick it up and leave it at your doorstep. From this point on, if you have an issue you will need to call the delivery service as the order is no longer in our hands.
Returns
Every problem with an item will likely be unique to the customer so we will try our best to assist you and address all issues with care. Send an email to us and we will handle any problems to the best of our ability. Returns are available however shipping will need to be paid for by the customer.
Shipping
We ship worldwide and shipping is free for our Australian customers. Our packages are shipped right from the brand's office in Melbourne, Australia. The time it takes to dispatch orders depends on the piece (whether or not it's handmade, etc) but will usually take place within 3-4 weeks.
